Shipping:

We aim to dispatch asap, and always within 3 working days. UK orders are sent via second class Royal Mail.

A charge of £3.95 P&P will be added upon selection. If you are ordering multiple items we will ship them together where possible and refund any excess P&P paid. If you wish to ship outside of the UK please email us at info@battleproms.com so that we can calculate accurate delivery costs for you. 

Returns:

Please check the sizes carefully before purchasing. Please email us at info@battleproms.com if you need to return an item because it is faulty or does not fit. Items should be returned to us within 7 days of being received. If you require a different size we will do our best to accommodate you subject to stock availability. Returns are made at the cost of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
